- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 cups coconut or soy milk
- 2 eggs
- Combine the corn meal,flour,baking powder,and salt.
- Add the honey,oil,milk and eggs.
- Mix just enough to moisten the batter.
- Pour the batter into an oiled 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 375 degree oven for 20-35 minutes or until golden brown.
